Profile
How to choose a strong password?
The password should contain letters, numbers or standard symbols. It can be for 8 to 32 characters long. To create a strong password, you should use combinations of random letters, numbers and symbols.
My screen name was changed, it is not the same as what I entered?
Your screen name can be changed by us unusual for two reasons. We change inappropriate screen names that could offend other members and we also remove any personal contact information. If your screen name has been changed by us and you would like a different one, please provide us with a more appropriate one, so we can edit it in the system, providing that it is not already taken in our database. If you prefer, you can give us a number of options to try in case your first choice is already taken.
How to choose a new username?
The username needs to be unique. You can use combination of standard letters and numbers and it needs to be at least 6 characters long. If there is an existing username in the database you will see the note that it is aready in use.
What is a username?
Username is a unique handle that you used to sign up for the site. You will need that piece of information, along with your password, for future singing in to your profile. You can see it in right upper corner of your profile. If you wish to change it, please contact Customer support and provide couple of options for new one.
I have created an account, what should I do next?
The first step you should do, after creating a new account, is to login to your new profile. After logging in to your account you need to fill up your personal information. To enter your personal information such as your gender, age, location, interests or profile details, please go to the "Edit Profile" tab in the top right corner of the screen, and click on it. A new page will open, with several sections on it. Click on the first tab: "My Profile Description". There you will be able to change your personal information. After you change it, remember to scroll down and press "Update" button to save the changed information. Remember that with free profile you will have a basic access and you will not be able to send messages. In order to have full access, you will need to upgrade your profile. You just need to click on the upgrade now button and choose one of the membership options you prefer the most. After that you can search for members and send them a message or a flirt. How can I create an account?
In order to create an account, please go to our website and sign up. First, the website will ask you to select your gender and the one you are interested in, then you should click on the "Next" button and input your age. Lastly, you will have to enter your email address and choose your username. After clicking on the "Sign up" button, the website will confirm that your new account was created and is ready to be used.
Changing information in Profile
How do I modify the gender I am looking for in my profile?
You can change the gender you are looking for in your profile by going to the "Edit Profile" option in the user dropdown menu (or in the extended toolbar in the mobile version) located on the upper right side of your screen when you're logged in. From there, click on the "My Profile Description" link and select the right option from the drop-down menu. Remember to press "Update" after you make the change.
I don't want my profile to show on your other dating sites.
Once you create a profile on our site, there will be an available setting to keep your information displayed only on the website your registered on without making it available to other sites. To choose this option, please click on "My Account" option in the user dropdown menu (or in the extended toolbar in the mobile version) located on the upper right side of your screen when you're logged in. Then, click on the option menu "Privacy Settings" and uncheck the box for "Display my profile on the Infinite Connections dating network of sites". Please remember that change needs to be saved by pressing "Update button".
How do I change my email address?
To change your email, you need to be logged into your account. Then, go to "My Account" option in th euser dropdown menu (or in the extended toolbar in the mobile version) located on the upper right side of your screen when you're logged in. From there, click on the "Change E-Mail" link. There you will be able to see current email listed and submit a new one that you prefer to use. After new email is listed, please click Update button. Your email address will be changed.
How can I change my password?
To change your password, click on the "My Account" option in the user dropdown menu (or in the extended toolbar in the mobile version) located on the right side of your screen when you're logged in. From there, click on the "Change Password" link.
You will be asked for to choose a new password (which you will need to retype a second time to make sure you didn't make a mistake).
How can I update my contact preferences?
You can change your contact preferences by going to the "My Account" option in the user dropdown menu (or in the extended toolbar in the mobile version) located on the upper right side of your screen when you're logged in. From there, click on the "Messaging Filter" link. Remember to press "Update" after you make changes.
How do I change my age / date of birth?
You can change your age / date of birth by going to the "Edit Profile" option in the user dropdown menu (or in the extended toolbar on the mobile version) located on the right side of your screen when you're logged in. From there, click on the "My Profile Description" link and select your date of birth. Remember to press "Update" after you make the change.
How can I hide my zodiac sign from my profile?
Once you create a profile on our site, there will be an available setting to hide your zodiac sign. To choose this option, please click on "My Account" option in the user dropdown menu (or in the extended toolbar in the mobile version) located on the upper right side of your screen when you're logged in. Then, click on the option menu "Privacy Settings" and check the box for "Hide my zodiac sign". Please remember that change needs to be saved by pressing "Update button".
Why is the system not saving my profile information?
We are sorry for the inconvenience. When editing your profile information, please be sure to click on the Update button at the bottom of each part, as that will save your changes.
Why was something in my profile rejected?
There are a number of reasons why something you added to your profile was rejected:
- You used offensive or abusive language;
- You didn't fill out the field properly;
- You included an email address, phone number or any other contact information (we do not permit this for safety reasons).
How can I improve my profile? I'm not getting responses.
In order to improve the chances to find your soulmate, please remember to fill up all the information in your account. Please try to be as detail as possible as that will increase the chances to meet someone. Always make sure to upload a photo as usually profiles with a profile photo has much more views and chances to receive a respose than profiles without a profile photo.

We would be happy to change your screen name on your profile. Just contact our Customer Support and let us know what you want your new screen name to be, and we can update it for you, providing that it is not already taken in our database. How can I hide my profile from displaying on Google and other search engine sites?
Once you create a profile on our site, there will be an available setting to hide your profile from displaying in search engines. How do I make sure that the correct city/country is in my profile?
You can change the city/country listed in your profile by going to the "Edit Profile" option in the user dropdown menu (or in the extended toolbar on the mobile version) located on the right side of your screen when you're logged in. From there, click on the "My Profile Description" link and select your city/country from the drop-down menu. If your city is not on the list then you can select the closest city from the drop-down menu. Remember to press "Update" after you make the change.
How do I change my headline?
To change your headline, please go to the "Edit Profile" tab in the top right corner of the screen, and click on it. When a new page opens, click on the first button "My profile description", then scroll down to find text "My profile headline is". Enter your desired headline text in the text-box below. Once you have entered your headline there, scroll down, to find "Update" button, and click on it. When you receive a message "Updated successfully", your new headline is saved. To check how your headline looks like on your profile, just go back to the top of the page, click on "My profile" button, and it will take you to your main profile page. My Friends/Likes/Matches
How can I see who viewed my profile?
To see who visited your profile, please go to the top right corner, put your mouse over the box showing your username and select "My Lists" from the drop down menu. When a new page opens, just scroll down, until you see a section called "Who's viewed me". There you will be able to see the "Who's viewed me" list, which shows members that have recently visited your profile page.
How can I see who viewed my profile?

When a new page opens, just scroll down, until you see a section called "Members I have viewed". There you will be able to see the "Members I have viewed" list, which shows members you recently viewed.
How can I find My matches list?
To see your matches list, please go to the top right corner, put your mouse over the box showing your username and select "My Lists" from the drop down menu. When a new page opens, just scroll down, until you see a section called "My matches". There you will be able to see the "My matches" list.
How do I add or remove someone from my Likes?
To ADD:
Please visit the member's profile and click on "Like". It's located below a member's main photo on the left of your screen (when looking at a given member's profile).
To REMOVE:
Please visit the member's profile and click on "Like". The color of the icon will change and you will successfully remove that member from your Likes. You can also remove a member from your Likes by going to "My Lists". It is located in the menu on the upper right side of your screen when you're logged in. From there, click on the "My Likes" link, select the member you want to remove and click on "Remove" or "Delete Selected".
Where can I find my Likes list?
To see profiles you have liked, please go to the top right corner, put your mouse over the box showing your username and select "My Lists" from the drop down menu. When a new page opens, just scroll down, until you see a section called "My likes". There you will be able to see the "My likes" list, which shows members you have recently liked.
How can I see who Liked me?
To see who liked your profile, please go to the top right corner, put your mouse over the box showing your username and select "My Lists" from the drop down menu. When a new page opens, just scroll down, until you see a section called "Who liked me". There you will be able to see the "Who liked me" list, which shows members that have recently liked your profile page.
How do I remove members from my Friends list?
To remove members from your "Friends" list, please go to the top right corner, put your mouse over the box showing your username and select "My Lists" from the drop down menu. When a new page will opens, just scroll down, until you see a section called "My Friends". There you will be able to see the "My friends" list, which shows members have access to your private galleries. If you want to remove users from that list, just click on the check-box next to their user name, and then click on "remove" icon next to it. The person will no longer have access to your private photo galleries.
How do I add members to my Friends list?
To add a member to your Friends list, go to that member's profile. Click on the "Friend request" button under their main profile photo on the left side of the page. You will have the option to add a message for them, and then just click "Send". Once they accept your friend request, they will show up on your Friends list, and any of your private photo galleries that are set to be shared with Friends, will become visible to them.
My Photos
What do I do if my photo is too small or too big?
You can re-size your photo using a photo editing program. It needs to be at least 400 pixels width x 400 pixels height, and no bigger than 600 pixels width x 600 pixels height. Also the file must be a JPG, GIF, PNG or BMP, and the file size must not exceed 5MB.
How do I upload a photo from my phone?
Thank you for contacting us. In order to upload your photo from your cell phone, please Click here , then click on the “Upload or Take Photo” button. On the new page you will be able to choose whether you wish to take a new photo, or upload an existing one from your mobile device. After you pick the photo of your liking you can upload it to your profile and it will go to our approval team for assessment. If you need any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How do I change my Main Profile photo?
Once you upload a photo and it has been approved (all photos get processed by a member of our Team, which means we might crop the photo or reject it if it's inappropriate for the site), you can select it to be your main photo. Go to "My Photos" tab in the top right corner of the screen, and click on it. A new page will open, and you can see your other uploaded photos there. Click on the photo you want to use as your Main Profile Photo. You will see the selected photo bigger and the different options underneath it. Select the first icon saying "Use this photo as my main profile photo". You will see a square showing only a portion of the photo. You can pull the sides of the square to show as much or as little of the photo selected. Press "Save" button above the photo. Then just click on the X located on the upper right hand corner of the photo to exit. Your picture then goes to our Team for approval. Remember that the photo file size must not exceed 5MB, and be between 400x400px and 600x600px. Also keep in mind that it needs to be a picture of you. We hope you find this information helpful.
Can I upload photos from Facebook?
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but there is currently no option to upload your photos directly from Facebook or any other media sharing site to our website. Please first download your photo from Facebook or another site you are using to your computer. You can do it by right-clicking on the desired photo, and choosing "Save image as" option. After the photo is saved on your computer, you can upload it to your profile on our site. If you need any further assistance, please let us know.
How do I edit a photo?
To edit a photo, please go to the top right corner, put your mouse over the box showing your username and select My photos. A new page will open, and you can see your uploaded public photos there. Click on the photo you want to edit. You will see the selected photo bigger and the different options underneath it. By clicking on those options, you can crop it, rotate it, select a photo as your main profile picture or delete it. After making the necessary changes, just press "Save". To exit click the X on the upper right hand corner of the photo. If the photo has not been previously approved, it will go to our team for approval. We hope this information helped.
How do I delete a photo?
We are sorry you are having problems deleting a photo. If you want to delete a photo, please go to the top right corner, put your mouse over the box showing your username and select My photos. A new page will open, and you can see your uploaded public photos there. Click on the photo you want to delete. You will see the selected photo bigger and the different options in the top right corner of the photo. Click on the last icon "Delete Image" and click OK. Then you will see that the photo is no longer part of your Public photos. We hope this information helped. How long does it take for a photo to be approved at this site?
Photos and videos are usually approved within one hour, but it might take longer depending on the number of requests pending. Thank you for your inquiry and your patience.
I'm having trouble uploading photos

Also the file must be a JPG, GIF, PNG or BMP, and the file size must not exceed 5MB. If your image meets the above standards, you can go to "My Photos" or "Add more photos" tab in the top right corner of the screen, and click on it. A new page will open, and you can scroll down to see the button saying "Click here to upload photos". Once you click on it, a pop-up window will appear. Search for the photo you want in your computer. Once you find it, click on it and press "open" to load it in your profile. If you wish to add a comment underneath your photo, or you want to crop it, rotate it, selected as your main profile picture or delete it, click on the photo. You will see the selected photo bigger and the different options underneath. After making the necessary changes, just press "Save". Your picture then goes to our Team for approval. If you still have troubles uploading them, please click on Contact us link at the bottom of the page. Choose “My Photos & Videos” topic and upload your photos in corresponding field and click “Send”. I want to report photo being used without owner's authorization
Thank you for contacting us. In order to protect our members' privacy, only members of our sites are able to see your photos. However, we have no way of preventing someone from using your photo and re-posting it somewhere else. If your photo is used as a promotional add for our site, please send us a screenshot of the full site page, in which it shows where it was used. If we posted it on some of our site pages, we will gladly remove it. If your photo is used on some other site, that doesn't belong to our Company, then we advise you to contact them and ask to remove unauthorized photo.
How do I set my main photo?

How can I set a photo as private?
To set a photo as private, please go to the top right corner, put your mouse over the box showing your username and select My photos. A new page will open, and you can see your uploaded public photos there. Click on the photo you want to edit. You will see the selected photo bigger and the different options underneath it. The photo is set as private or public by clicking on the "Lock" icon. If you "Lock" the photo, it will be visible to your Friends only, and if the photo is "unlocked", it will be visible to everyone. To exit, click the X on the upper right hand corner of the photo.
How can I create a photo gallery?
To create a photo gallery click here . A new page will open, and you can scroll down to see the button saying "Click here to upload photos". Once you click on it, a pop-up window will appear. Search for the photos you want in your computer. Once you find them, click on them using CTRL button and press "open" to load them in your profile.
It says my photo is not a JPG, but it is
There may be something corrupt in your photo file. We would suggest you to open the photo in a photo editing program and re-save it as JPG.
Why was my photo rejected?
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but the photo you uploaded was not approved and it was removed from your account because it did not comply with our site policy. You can only upload photos of yourself and photos that are related to the site. Please try uploading a different photo, and do not hesitate to contact us if you need any further assistance.

My Videos
How do I delete a video?
If you want to delete a video you previously uploaded to your account, please go to the top right corner, put your mouse over the box showing your username and select My videos. A new page will open, and you can see another toolbar. Select "My Videos" tab, and you will see your uploaded videos there. Click on the video you want to delete and a window will pop-up. There you will see the option to "Delete Video" located at the bottom of the window. Press "Delete Video" and it will be removed from your account. We hope this information was useful. How can I create a video gallery?
To create a video gallery click here . A new page will open, and you can scroll down to see the button saying "Click here to upload videos". Once you click on it, a pop-up window will appear. How can I upload a video of myself?
To upload a video Click here , then press “Click Here To Upload Videos” button, or “Upload or Take Video” button if you are using your mobile phone.
How do I upload a video?

Once the video is uploaded to your account, you can click on "How others see your videos" if you like to confirm it downloaded properly. Remember that your video will be reviewed to make sure it doesn't contain inappropriate content, and other members will not see it until it is approved by our Team. How long does it take for a videos to be approved at this site?

Inbox features and interaction with members
Why is an email I received from a member gone?
If you communicated with a particular member and that member's account is deactivated or deleted, all of that member’s messages are also deleted and you won't be able to see your conversation with that member any longer. Regardless of whether the account was closed by the user, or by our security department, when we deactivate or delete a profile the system removes all of their information, which includes all the member's conversations.
How does Inbox work?
In the toolbox on the top left corner of the page, you will see the Inbox button. If you click on it, you will find four options: Inbox (messages sent to you), All Messages (all conversations with other members/site coordinators), Sent (messages you have sent) and Preferences (who is allowed to contact you). To read a message, just go to the first button (Inbox), and click on a message you want to read. All members, regardless of the type of account they have in the site, can reply to email messages sent to them by a Premium member. Premium members are the only ones who can start a conversation using the email feature, but everyone can send Flirts. To delete a message, simply click on the message and above you will see a trash icon to delete your message. To delete multiple messages, please go to your Inbox and mark the messages you wish to delete. Once marked, an option to delete them will appear above the messages.
How do I interact with other members?
Here are some instructions of how to interact with other members.
- You can use the option "Who is online" which will give you the list of members who are online now.
- You can use "Browse" and "Search" features, select your preferences and then contact members who you find interesting.
- To search for members, go to menu SEARCH, set your desired options: age, location, distance from you and you will see who among our members fits your desired profile. If the search does not give you enough results, we suggest you to extend the search options in order to increase your chance of finding the right person for you.
- To contact a member, you can send them a Flirt or a Private message. You can do this by going to this member's profile and clicking on a "Flirt" or "Message" button under their main profile photo on the left side of the page. Remember that if you send a Flirt, Free members will not be able to respond to you.
- Also, you can visit the chat room and speak with online members live. There you have the option to join the main/public chat room, as well as initiate a private chat by clicking on the member's screen name, which will open new small window so that you can privately chat with them.

Are my messages read?

All emails sent through the site reach the recipient, but it is up to a member to decide what to do with it, and revealing this information whether the messages were read or not or deleted will break the privacy we hold here on the site.

Why can't I contact a member?
Thank you for contacting us. Our members have the option to set their inbox settings and select their contact preferences. They can choose which gender they want to hear from, in what age range, up to what distance from their location, and whether they have to have photos in their profiles. If your profile does not match some of that member's preferences, you will not be able to contact them. We hope this answers your question. Let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Why am I not getting responses to my messages?
We are sorry you are not getting replies to your emails. Please keep in mind that not everybody who signs up for a dating site is serious about pursuing a connection, or reviews their messages frequently. There are people who, sign up but then only occasionally visit the site. While you are waiting for their response, we suggest that you look at the "Who is Online?" tab located between Inbox and Browse. There, you will find people who are truly looking to find friends and more often online. You can also visit our Chat rooms, where you will be able to find the members who are both online and wanting to have a conversation at that moment. Sending and deleting messages
How can I send a message?
You can send messages to any user on the site if you have a full membership. To send a message you must open the profile of a member you want to start up a conversation with, write your message in the text box and then click the "Send a Private Message" button below the box. You can also send messages by clicking the "Message" button with a letter icon, located directly below a member's main photo on the left of your screen (when looking at a given member's profile). Enter the subject and the message body, then press "Send Message".
To send a private message on mobile, click on the "Send a Quick Private Message" box below the profile photo of the member you want to message. After the box expands, compose a message and then click the "Send Message" button below.
How do I attach a photo to the message?
When you open a particular conversation, under your message text box will be a small link "Attach an image". Click on it, and you will be asked to select photo(s). Once they are uploaded, just click send, and your email will have those photos attached to it. This option is available to all Premium members, while Free members can use it if another member initiates the conversation with a private message, not with a flirt.
How to delete a message?
To delete the messages with the particular member, please go to your Inbox, select the conversation you want to delete, by checking the box on the left side and that click on Delete button located at the top right corner on your Inbox page.
You can also open the particular conversation and click on Delete button from there.
Can I restore the messages I deleted?
Unfortunately, there is no way to restore already deleted conversations.
Limit the members who can contact you
How does the message filter work?
Thank you for contacting us. If you wish to limit who can contact you, please go to the top right corner, put your mouse over the box showing your username and select "My Account" from the drop down menu. On the new page that loads, please go to the option "Messaging Filter", click on it and from here you can choose who is allowed to contact you by setting these options: age, gender, distance, with/without photo. Please keep in mind that if you choose too narrow filters, you may significantly lower your chances of meeting some very interesting members who might be just slightly out of that range.
How to unblock the member I have previously blocked?
To unblock the user, go to "My lists" located under your username in the top right corner. Then click on "Blocked members" and find the member you want to unblock and click on the Trash icon.
How do I block a user from sending me private messages?
To block a user from sending you private messages, simply click the "Block" button. It's located below a member's main photo in the More Options area when looking at a given member's profile. Whether you choose Block Member, Report Spam or Report Abuse, you will have the option of adding a comment which will be visible to you and our administrators only. Whether you want to post a comment or not, you need to press "Submit" to block that member. They will then no longer be able to send you messages.

What is "introduction" and how can I send it?
With this option, you can introduce yourself to members that match your preferences. Once you login to your profile, if the Introduction Service popup comes up, just click on "Yes, please introduce me" and enter the message which describes you the best. Optionally, you can also upload a photo of yourself, to give you more chance of meeting members online. Once you submit your message, the message is sent to 100 members that match your preferences. Once you use the introduction service, the option will not be offered to you again in the next 30 days, when you will again have the option to send an introduction.
Please note that we do not allow sharing the contact details in your introduction message. If contact details are shared, the message will not be approved and sent to other members.
How can I send a flirt?
Any member (basic or full) can send flirts to other users. To send a flirt you simply click on "Flirt", located directly below a member's main photo on the left of your screen (when looking at a given member's profile). You can then choose a flirt from Ice Breakers, Humorous, Passionate or Expressive. Review the selection under each category by clicking on the heading. Choose the flirt you want by clicking on it and press "Send".
To send a flirt on the Mobile version, simply click on "Flirt", located directly below a member's main photo on the left (desktop) or center (on mobile device) of your screen (when looking at a given member's profile).
Where do I find my flirts?
They are located in your Inbox, like regular private messages.
How many flirts per day can I send as a Free member?
You can send 10 flirts per day and no more than 1 flirt to the same user.

How do I turn on Camera in the chatroom?

How do I block profanity in the chatroom?
In the low right corner, below the chat users list, you will see "Settings" link. Click on it, and you will find several options for customizing your Chat experience. If you "check" the last box "Disable profanity", you will no longer see any inappropriate words used by other members, as they will be hidden by our system.
How do I start a private chat with another member?
Thank you for contacting us. To enter the Chat application and communicate live with other online members, please click on the "Chat" button, located at the top of the page. That will open a public chat room.To start a private chat with someone, just click on the person's username, and a new window will open where you can start a private conversation. There are some users who have a "limited profile", so you will need to click on their username, and then select "Private chat" to start a private conversation with them.
How can I see other member's profile from the chatroom?
Our chat room is a shared chat application with other sites with the same interest. You will have the opportunity of interacting with people from your and some other sites. When you want to see more information on any of the users at the chat room, just click on their user name, then choose "User options" and "View profile". That will open a new page with profile information of that member. There are some users who have a "limited profile" so you will get only a small window instead of full profile page when you click on them.
Why can't my username be used in the chatroom?
Our Chat rooms are plugged into our system from a third party chat room which already has an established membership base that may already have your username/screenname in use. If your profile username is already taken, we will suggest an alternate username that will only be used inside of the chat areas. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it will not have any affect on your normal site interaction.
How can I create a private chat room?
To create a Private chat room, simply click on Browse all rooms, on the right side of your screen. When Browse all rooms window appears, the option "Create a Room" is located next to "Most popular rooms" tab. Simply click on "Create a Room" tab. Then choose and write your Room name, Welcome Message and a Description (a brief description of your private chat room). If you want to make this room Private, enable the option "Make this room private" (that means only you as Admin of that room will be able to invite other members). You will need to enter and confirm password. Click Create a room. Your Private chat request then goes to our Admin for approval. After your room is approved, you will have the option to select members that can see your chat room. When members log into chat, they will see your chat room at the right part of the screen listed with all chat rooms. Just tell those members the name of your chat room so they can easily find it.

What options do I have in the chatroom as a Premium member?
As a Premium member you will be able to chat in all Public and Private Chat rooms, without limitation, use Private Video Chat and have Unlimited Webcams. Also as a Premium member you will be able to create your own Private Chat Rooms.
What options do I have in the chatroom as a Free member?
The basic free service allows you to be in two different chat rooms at the same time, send five private messages per day and enable your camera in Public chat rooms where you are logged in. With free membership, the webcam options will be limited in number and available time. As a Premium member you will be able to chat in all Public and Private Chat rooms, without limitation, use Private Video Chat and have Unlimited Webcams. Also as a Premium member you will be able to create your own Private Chat Rooms.
Reporting and blocking members in Chat
How do I report another chat user?
We would kindly ask you to make a screenshot of the abusive conversation that you would like to report, and send it to our email address: [email protected]. That way we can investigate it and take any necessary actions. In the meantime, you can use the "Block user" option to prevent the user from contacting you again. How do I block an user in the chatroom?
You can block a person in chat by clicking on their username, then click on "User options" button and select "Block this user" option. There are some users who have a "limited profile" so you will get only a small window instead of full profile page when you click on them. To block those users, click on their name to get this small window, then click on "Private chat" button to open new private chat window. There you will see "User Options" button and from it you can choose "Block this User" option. We advise you to log out and then log back in after you block someone, to make sure that the "block" is applied.
